As a Volunteer Guide you will make a significant contribution to the Museum in many different ways, most particularly by ensuring that the intergenerational transfer of stories of survival are shared with future generations.

You will also enhance visitor experiences, sharing information about the Holocaust, and assisting with the daily tasks of maintaining the exhibits and the museum.

Volunteers will also contribute to administrative tasks, data entry and records maintenance. There will also be opportunities to support the museum’s social media presence and research articles and information for both social media and the museum’s website.

Volunteers will be invaluable to us. Volunteer positions will be advertised on this page as vacancies become available. Full training as a Volunteer Guide will be offered via the Volunteer Guides Training Program from the Jewish Holocaust Centre, Melbourne at no cost to you.

Should you wish to register your interest in becoming a Volunteer, please submit your details in the form on the right. We anticipate Volunteering training will take place in October 2020.
